About Martin Hassner
Martin Hassner, Executive Director of the Liberal Party of New York, was educated in New York City schools – at Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Law School. He has spent years in philanthropic management, healthcare and educational marketing and policy-making. Martin has been Executive Director of the Liberal Party of New York for fifteen years and a member of the Liberal Party for 50 years. The Liberal Party was one of several minor parties that fulfill a role almost unique to New York State politics, the ability to cross endorse in races which often tips the balance in a tight race.
