Ownership
© 2026 Red Apple Media, Inc. The Cats Roundtable is a program of 77 WABC, which Red Apple Media (“we”, “us”) owns. The text, design, code, graphics and the selection and arrangement of material on this Site are owned by us or our licensors. The interview recordings and the podcast feed are 77 WABC’s — ours or our licensors’ — and are embedded here with permission; they are streamed from the station’s audio host, not copied to this Site. Guest photographs are used with permission, under licence, or as official portraits released for press use; the Site does not print credits on the page — if a photograph is used without the right permission or credit, tell us through the contact form and we will credit it or take it down. “The Cats Roundtable” and the show’s marks, and “77 WABC” and the station’s marks, belong to Red Apple Media. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
What you may do
- Link to any page, and share a page’s address anywhere.
- Quote short passages of a transcript or page with attribution to The Cats Roundtable and a link to the page, as fair use allows.
- Follow the podcast in any app through the public feed, which is 77 WABC’s to distribute.
Anything beyond this — republishing audio or transcripts, using photographs, or commercial use — needs our written permission. Ask through the contact form.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice containing:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for you;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if there are several);
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to find it — the page address is best;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Send the notice to our designated agent, which we share with 77 WABC: General Counsel’s Office, Red Apple Group, Legal Department, 800 Third Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10022; telephone (212) 956-5770; email legal@ragny.com. You may also send a copy through the contact form, beginning your message with “DMCA notice”. We will acknowledge the notice and act on it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may forward your notice to the person who provided the material.
Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed or disabled in response to a notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same designated agent containing your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
The Site does not host material posted by users today. If it ever does, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers.
