Chrys Kefalas , Esq., is a candiadte for the U.S. Senate in Maryland. He has received the endorsement of th e Baltimore Sun newspaper. He serves as vice president of executive communications for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the nation’s largest industrial trade association. Before joining the NAM, Mr. Kefalas served as deputy speechwriter to Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., a trial and appellate attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, a business litigator in Maryland and deputy legal counsel to Maryland Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. With his appointment in 2004, Mr. Kefalas became the youngest attorney to serve as a counsel to the governor in Maryland history. In 2007, Smart CEO magazine recognized him as one of Maryland’s Legal Elite.
