He is Chairman / CEO Conference of presidents of major Italian American Organizations since Jan 1, 2015 Knighted by Italian Government as Cav. il Dott. for his work in education and Italian American Affairs with Italy. Mr. Guagliardo is a retired NYPD police officer. He is the President and Founder of “1st1in” peer support group for first responders since 2015. He was the founder and chair of the Jules D Michels Day Care Center 1978 – 2000. President Allied Shields FOP, Lodge 96. He is the Vice President, Brooklyn Staten Island 10-13 – Nation 10-13 Liaison Officer. A life long resident of Brooklyn NY, he is the husband of Dr. Hilary Baldwin with twin teen girls Emma and Isabella.
