Speaks about the plight of small businesses facing unfair competition from street vendors. “We need reasonable regulations of street vendors where they can serve under-served markets…so brick and mortar businesses can exist forever”.

Street vendors are “not paying taxes, not being inspected, and taking business away from legitimate brick and mortar businesses”.

“Each street cart is supposed to be owned by an individual, instead they are being owned by these conglomerates”.
