Rocco Lacertosa took over the role of Chief Executive Officer of the New York Heating Oil Association after having served on the board for 5 years in May of 2015. Rocco has been in the heating oil industry since 1966 starting as a technician and fuel oil delivery driver in a family owned business. During his career in the heating oil business, Lacertosa served at numerous high level jobs in the industry in Pennsylvania and New York such as: building his own company Alpha Fuel Oil, General Manager for Hart Petroleum, Kaufman Fuel and Paraco Gas.
