This tax is not good for New York

Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is a Democrat – is the 54th Comptroller of the state of New York. He is a former state assemblyman in New York – who was appointed as New York State Comptroller on February 7 – 2007. He’s been making government more accountable and transparent to the people for more than 35 years. The New York State Comptroller manages the State’s $176.8 billion pension fund – audits the spending practices of all State agencies and local governments. He was formerly the Chairman of the Assembly Environmental Conservation Committee. DiNapoli is from Long Island.
