Tom Dinapoli , New York State Comptroller is a Democrat – is the 54th Comptroller of the state of New York. He is a former state assemblyman in New York – who was appointed as New York State Comptroller on February 7 – 2007. The New York State Comptroller manages the State’s $200 billion pension fund – audits the spending practices of all State agencies and local governments.
