A Big Legal Victory After Ostrich Culling by Canadian Government
Transcript
Automated transcript · uncorrectedSunday morning, Let’s go to British Columbia get an update of what the heck is going on. That the Ostrichs that were killed, murdered, killed well. The Canadian CIFI have a different word for it. It’s called cul It’s a nicer word and say killed. Well, Katie, give us an update.
Hi, John, I’m nice to hear your voice again, and everybody there in the United States. We had a win and I want I’m very excited to talk about it. The Canadian Agricultural Tribunal found that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency did not properly serve us our quarantine documents. Now you are supposed to hand deliver those documents as an
agency like they are, because they hold the safeguard, a parliamentary safeguard in Canada that has been set up because they hold such consequences as we witnessed here with our birds being murdered, and they failed to do that. So what that does is it opens up a question for Americans and Canadians. Was universal Ulster’s farm ever under a
lawful quarantine? And then that would mean everything that they did on our farm would have been unlawful as well.
And you were never served. Now let me ask you another question. Uh you know, you know the fancy word for kill is call in Canada, ye c U l L. Now is there a way to to to die? You know, heavy animals die maybe by injection or something versus how many people? How many people did the c I F
I hire to shoot these animals in the in the in the darkness. It’s like a It was like a shooting spree.
It was a shooting spree. There was no perimeter you know, a perimeter check. There was no perimeter support. They had about four I think we saw about two to four sharp shooters standing on top of these large hay bales strawbils that they had stacked up. The rain was it was pouring rain. It was in the middle of the night,
and they brought all of our ostriches. Some of them were dancing into their kill pen because they thought that they were going to go get love and food and they got put in this kill pen and then they just opened fire for hours. Almost a thousand gun shots went off all night.
So and not only did they suffered because they who knows what part of the body was shot, that’s right, and this is inhumane.
It was the most inhumane act. I think a lot of people watched worldwide and we seeing the world is watching, and the world was watching that night, and it traumatized many people across the world. Those animals died in fear and panic, and they died by the very hands of humans, which we got them to trust is humans. And so
you know the Canadian government they did, they tried to silence our science by killing all of our animals and a theatrical display of punishment. But you can’t destory the breakthrough that we have here. And we are hoping to still use our antibodies saved as a legacy to save human and animal health across the United States, the world, Canada,
and if Canada doesn’t want it, we are still working towards trying to work with the USA to bring this this this opportunity understood.
Now, I understand that you saved somebody Ostrich jokes and that having them tested to see if they were able to cure any of covid or fluid cetera, et cetera.
That’s right. So we have still many Ostrich Jokes that were not involved in any of this Aviian influenza. Over the last year, they were never stored here, and we have them with the doctor right now. He has already proven that our egg yolks hold antibodies for COVID nineteen, pseudonymous bacteria, and avian influenza. So he started the process
to start to purify those and when they are isolated, we will have them ready for someone like the FDA or NIH to be able to purchase and create solutions, not more problems and actually naturally heal humanity and animal health.
Well, Katie Psentmi, thank you so much for keeping all Americans and all Europeans in the whole world up to date on this because it’s important that you know, Look, bureaucrats have to be held account both to somebody and and thank you so much for what you do. And uh and we’ll catch up with you again real soon.
Thank you John for everything. And we’re not going to give up the fight.
