Speaker 1 Geork commuting home with Kats and Cosby.

Speaker 2 Now here’s John Katsi Medidis and Rita Gosby on seventy seven WADC.

Speaker 3 With us today is Larry Cudler, the country’s leading economist and has the number one show on Monday through Friday on Fox Business between four o’clock and five o’clock and the number one show Saturday mornings with WABC between ten o’clock and one o’clock. Larry, what the heck is going on?

Speaker 2 Well? John, thank you. I’m ployment claims rising now over two hundred and sixty thousand. That’s a recession signal. I hate to say it, but I just want to add I heard the back end of Rudy. We are looking at the biggest political scandal in American history. The Beisma payoffs five million bucks to one hundred and five million

bucks to his father is just the evidence is manning. And I want to just say one other thing for the record, and we’re going to talk about it on my radio tomorrow. This whole Donald Trump indictment stuff, this is nothing more than Joe Biden and his Department of Justice trying desperately to stop Trump from becoming president. Because

if he does become president, he will clean up the swamp, he will clean up the stables, he will stop all of the corruption in our legal system. That’s what this is about. These charges are utter nonsense, utter nonsense.

Speaker 4 And the timing and timing of the Adcock so the timing of them was used to cover up the press with respect to the Biden bribes.

Speaker 2 Yes, yes, sir, yes, sir, one hundred percent, ed Cox, you’re the smartest guy, one hundred percent correct. That’s all. This was trying to beat the airwaves over the weekend. You know we had uh, we had Alan dershowitz On.

I mean, this espionage stuff is just uttered nonsense. Presidents, by the way, presidents, all presidents have a continuing security clearance and the whole area where the documents were is guarded and police by the Secret Service. Just utter nonsense.

What’s going on?

Speaker 1 And Larry by the way, politic to your point, to your point, Larry, I think it’s a lot safer and with Secret Service at mar A Lago than next to.

Speaker 3 With types of Biden having access to it is a whole question, whole question a.

Speaker 2 Document, those documents never should have left the National Archives. Presidents and take documents, okay, and they can declassify them, or they can return them or whatever. Senators are not permitted to take documents. Vice presidents are not permitted to take documents. They are allowed to read them in a secure location and a skiff in the National Archives.

Speaker 3 Okay.

Speaker 2 They can’t even take notes, by the way, they can’t even have a tape recorder. The question there for Biden, as a senator and as a vice president, how did those documents leave the National Archives? That is against the law, without any question. Plus Mark Levin’s point, at best, this is a civil issue, it is not a criminal issue.

That’s Mark Levin’s key point. And Dershowitz confirmed that I had him on as a guest on our show. I’m not a lawyer, but I’m just saying they don’t want Trump. Okay, those listening and those in the studio there, some of you may be for Trump, some of you may be against Trump. I understand that, and I respect all that.

But I’m just saying they do not want Trump to be president because he will clean up Washington, d C. Especially in a second term now that he knows where the body’s are.

Speaker 4 So Lariy, you have the the Archives National Archives with the President’s Records Act, they want to go to the FBI to force Trump to deliver papers or whatever they have to go, they would go to the White House first, would they not, and asked can we do this part of the administration.

Speaker 1 By the way, Biden did sign that.

Speaker 4 When Biden signed off on it, then they criminalized it in going to the FBI. So Biden authorized going to the FBI and criminalizing a whole process which is not criminalized on the Presidential Records.

Speaker 1 Act, even though he claims, by the way that he did not interfere it. I mean, that’s the irony. But the decision he opened the door, right Larry, This absolutely.

Speaker 2 Smash what we call selective prosecution. This is the politicalization and weaponization of the justice system and it has to stop. Let me just tell you this is not a part of is an issue. You know, what’s bad for the goose will be bad for the gander. You simply cannot have a judicial legal system where one party tries to

override and destroy the other party. You need a new rule of law. This rule of law is one of the cornerstones of America’s entire democracy. Okay, and in the last ten twelve years and started with Barack Obama. It has now turned into a political issue and this has to stop now. Is Donald Trump the guy to stop it?

I’ll let others decide. Okay, that’s an issue you can have. I was very impressed with Governor Ron DeSantis’s statement about the weaponization of our legal system. I think Desantus was right on the money. Most of those other presidential candidates didn’t have the guts that Desanta’s had. I’ll let people decide who they’re for in the primary. That’s not my job.

But my job is to say this is political nonsense. This is Joe Biden and Merrick Garland and the FBI, and this has to be changed. They have to clean out these stables of corruption. They must do that. America is the greatest country in the world because of our rule of law and our voting system, and they are trusting.

Speaker 4 Amen.

Speaker 3 Amen, Amen, Larry Cutler. I’ll be listening to your your show ten o’clock to one o’clock tomorrow on Saturday on w ABC Radio. It’s going to be worldwide, and I’m interested to see what else you’re gonna.

Speaker 2 Say, Milky Way. It’s going to run through the entire milky Way.

Speaker 3 It’s going to be
