Speaker 1 Sunday morning with US is Judge Richard Weinberg. He was chief counsel to speak to Peter Malone, been a judge for fifteen years and knows a lot about a lot. Judge Weinberg, what’s going on with all the cities, Tom Homeland Homeland securities coming down on.

Speaker 2 It well as you and I know, John, what you had under the Biden Hires administration with open borders. They violated their constanable obligation to protect and defend our country. They allowed an illegal migrants to shouldn’t have been here.

They rescinded the remain of Mexico policy. We were overrun by cartel members, gang members, Chinese national military age a dangerous, dangerous thing. You had cities and counties and states screaming that they were so called sanctuary jurisdictions. They would not cooperate with immigration enforcement to protect their borders. And that’s a very big problem. With the appointment of Tom Homan

as the borders are and with the appointment of Pam Bundy as a turn general in the United States, we’re now going to have protection for our borders. Without borders that are secure, you have no national security, you have no national sovereignty. You do not have a country. The good news is that Pam Bundy has now sued the

State of Illinois, the City of Chicago, and Cook County, which is a county which encompasses Chicago, for a violation of the immigration laws a ferry to cooperate with federal law enforcement. They’re suing, and that’s a very big deal and should push back Chicago when Cook County and the State of Illinois back on their heels, and should start

as a president or across the country, John for all the other so called sanctuary jurisdictions to be pushed back into place and to cooperate with federal law enforcement. At the same time as this is happening, you have the following.

It’s occurred out in Colorado and Aurora. Tom Home and the borders are was about to do a raid Aurora against these unswel and gangs and it’s now alleged that there was a tip off, and we’re trying to find out where the tipoff came about. They were going after some hundred gang members and when they made the raid

only one was around. Clearly somebody tipped these people off. Home is absolutely furious and he’s launching an investigation to see how these gang members knew to get out and to avoid the immigration authorities. These are very, very troubling concerns.

These states, and these companies and thesees have no right, John, to not cooperate with federal law enforcement authority and anybody who aids in the beds this kind of bed conduct under Title eighteen the United States Coach Section two is guilty of a criminal act. It’s one thing to say you’re not going to cooperate, but when you start throwing

in real roadblocks to law enforcement under the supremacy Clause, the US Constitution is illegal and it should be punished.

Speaker 1 So your money is on the federal government versus the state government.

Speaker 2 Absolutely, John, Otherwise, that’s what the Supremacy Clause the United States Constitution is all about. Federal policy, which occupies the field, preempts local, county, city, and state jurisdictions and their laws. When they’ve made a decision by concrete terms to enforce immigration law. The statutes are very very clear who Canada can’t be done. They have to work with the federal

authorities at the very least. If they don’t want to affirmively be helpful, then at the very least, they should not be throwing roadblocks. Sanctuary city legislation and patterns and practices and conduct is aggressively stopping law enforcement by the federal authorities.

Speaker 1 Can you figure out if we’re only deporting criminals and right now they’re only deporting criminals and the drugs, guid dealers and murderers. Why American people against that? I don’t understand it.

Speaker 2 I don’t believe it’s the American people against it. I think the American people in the election made very clear they wanted law enforcement, and they wanted control of the borders, and they wanted legal migration, not illegal migration. I think you have pockets of the so called resistance from the radical extremists who control the Democratic Party and control our

big cities. They’re the ones who are making this fight. I believe they’re acting unlawfully. I think they’re violating their obligations to enforce the laws. I think they should be prosecuted, and I think they should be removed and never to hold office again. That’s how I feel so strongly about us.

We have to protect America.

Speaker 1 Anything else you want to tell the American people this Sunday morning.

Speaker 2 I think President Trump is also a great headstart. I think he’s doing the right thing. He promised the American people during the election campaign they was going to store American and strength and security. Enforcing the immigration laws is an absolute essential step to doing that. We’ve been overrun by drugs. One hundred thousand people a year have been dying.

As you’ve pointed out many times, this is dangerous more than all the wars that combined. That’s a very big deal. They’re poisoning our youth, They’re corrupting our country. It’s time we did something about it. Trump, by his policies, both immigration and talking tough talk to Canada and to Mexico and to Venezuela and to Guatemala and working with El Salvador,

is doing the right thing to protect America. I’m very proud that he’s doing this.

Speaker 1 Judge Richard Weinberg, thank you for your common sense and let’s fetch up again real soon.

Speaker 2 Thank you, John. Good talking to you.
