Speaker 1 Well from the great state of Alaska. We have Senator Dan Sullivan and Senator I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. And uh you have turkeys. You have live turkeys in Alaska’s a’re too cold for them.

Speaker 2 We love, we love. We have all kinds of great food up here, John, as you know, happy Thanksgiving. We got turkeys, we got sam and we got king crab.

Speaker 1 You know we got is it frozen turkeys or turkeys are just good frozen.

Speaker 2 They’re frozen turkey. Yeah, a little letter known for our seafood, as you know. But that’s great to be on the show. And I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1 Yes we did, and thank you so much. There’s so many things going on in UH in the in the middle of oil. This is what’s the price of oil going to be or we’re gonna have enough oil to make a difference in the economy. Uh? Is President Trump going to start that new pipeline again? And what’s the

what’s the rumor with uh? Well Trudeau, his ratings are down to twenty percent, I understand. And what’s gonna happen with the tariffs? So it’s it’s your your football.

Speaker 2 Well, listen, I think and you and I have talked about it so much, the importance of energy for America, energy dominance. It’s so good for our economy, our workers, our environment. Yes, when you produce, produce clean burning American natural gas, you know, you reduce emissions and of course our national security. And here’s the thing, John, and you

know this. You couldn’t have had a bigger contrast between Biden, who has spent all his four years shutting down Alaska literally one of the great places of American wealth in terms of our minerals and energy, and President Trump, who is gonna help us like he did in the first term.

So I think the energy agenda for the Trump administration coming in with this new National Energy Council, with the picks that he has for the Secretary of Interior, Secretary of Energy, it’s going to be really good for America, really good for Alaska. And I’m excited about it.

Speaker 1 Well, I think if we drill, baby, drill, as President Trump says that the price of oil will come down. If the price of oil comes down, then the price of food is going to come down. If the price of oil and food comes down, in the price of gasoline and diesel comes down, well, the inflation goes down,

and guess what, the interest rates will go way down.

Speaker 2 Yep. And you know it’s really important because they’re taken already. You can see they’re taking a strategic approach to American energy. What do I mean by that? The White House already has the National Security Council, it’s got the National Economic Council.

Those are really important to coordinate policy across the federal government. Now and Trump is setting up the National Energy Council, and that’s going to coordinate energy policy across all agencies. That’s gonna help with job, that’s going to help, you know, defeat our in terms of our competition with China, our big adversary. It’s going to help with regard to national security.

And let’s face it, this is a mandate President Trump has. On the campaign trail, he said, drill, baby, drill. He said we’re going to reopen Alaska. He said, American energy is the key to American wealth. And now we’re going to execute on that. And I’m really excited about it.

Everybody should be.

Speaker 1 Well. I hope that me and you get to sit together and help, because I think you have a lot of common sense and you know what the story is on energy.

Speaker 2 Well, it’s so important. And look, as I’ve said on your program before, Biden shoot sixty eight executive orders and executive actions solely focused on shutting down Alaska sixty eight. John he he sanctioned Alaska more than he sanctioned Iran in Venezuela. President Biden did. That’s going to change. When President Trump was in office his first term, I had

a great relationship with him on so many Alaska issues. Every issue that we wanted to get done up here he helped us on. And we’re going to have the same kind of cooperation. I’m very confident that that’s gonna be good for Alaska. But it’s been good, really good for America when Alaska’s produced energy that helps the entire country.

Speaker 1 I agree with you because the keeping a cheaper price, a better price on gasoline and diesel fuel for the American people, then it’s going to bring everything else down to of borders. What else would you like to talk about?

You know, I think we’ve got to get our borders under control. And today Tom Homan was down to see a couple of days ago to see Governor Abbott, and I hope they control what’s going on in Texas. Well.

Speaker 2 Look, this is another issue where the president has a mandate. President Trump, he ain’t campaigned on secureing the border. He’s going to secure the border. And I’ll tell you this, that’s important for our economy, that’s important for so many things.

But here’s where it’s really important. We have this flood of fence and all coming in and killing Americans across the country. I’ve been very focused on the border, trying to get Biden and Harris to shut it down. They let twelve million illegals in. But people ask me, hey, Dan, Senator Sullivan, why are you so focused on the border.

Alaska is four thousand miles away. Guess which date, John has the highest rates of fens and all overdoses. Alaska. We’re getting crushed by this fence and all crisis. We have the Sineloa drug cartel literally up in our state and our Alaska Native villages selling this stuff, and we have the highest rates of fence and all overdoses. We

went up again last year when a lot of our states are starting to go down. So I care about the border as much as people from Texas or Arizona because it’s literally killing my constituents and I think President Trump is going to bring it to these guys, particularly Jianping, the dictator of China. You know, he committed to President

Trump when President Trump was in office, and to President Biden just last year that he would stop the flow of fence and all. He lied to both presidents. He lied to Biden, Jijionping did. He lied to Trump, Jesien Ping did. And we need to bring it to the Chinese.

You know, he’s a dictator. He could stop the flow of fence and all precursor chemicals going to Mexico in one day, and he doesn’t want to do it because he thinks poisoning Americans, America’s youth and including in Alaska, is good for him. And we need to bring it hard to the Chinese.

Speaker 1 They killed one hundred thousand Americans in twelve months.

Speaker 2 That is mind bobbles sickening, and a lot of them are my constituents up here in Alaska.

Speaker 1 We have a few minutes left. What else would you like to tell you American people.

Speaker 2 Well, listen, I think one final thing that’s going to be important is returning to peace through strength. You know, I just retired out of the Marine Corps this earlier this year, after thirty years in as a Marine Corps infantry officer, I retired as a colonel, and I mentioned that because I saw all this wokeness that the Biden

administration came in and said, hey, we’re going to use the military. It’s like a social organization. Right.

Speaker 2 The Secretary of the Navy focuses more under President Biden, more on you know, climate change than he does on shipbuilding. And here’s the thing. It’s a dangerous world out there. What we need to do is get back to lethality.

Our military should all be about lethality, winning wars if we have to fight them, and preventing them because we’re so strong that no country wants to take us on. That’s what we got to get done. A great strength policy of Republicans, and I’m looking forward to helping President Trump in that regard as well.

Speaker 1 Well. God bless you, and God bless America, and thank you for everything you do for our country. And let’s you know, God saved America. Now the other problem we have we got to save of what’s going on in the world, because otherwise we were on the virgin of World War three and we have to save our inner

cities because they’re on the verge of crisis too.

Speaker 2 I agree. Hey John, always great to be on the show. Happy Thanksgiving, and I hope you have a great holiday season with your family and all your good friends.

Speaker 1 Well catch up. So thank you so much, Senator, Yes, sir, and
