Speaker 1 Thanksgiving week Sunday after Thanksgiving, I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. Well, go woke, go broke. Well, the companies are starting to realize that they got to come back with us to this morning on Sunday morning, Charlie Gasperino tell us, Charlie, what the heck is going on? Because all of a sudden, these people are getting religion again.

Were they scared of the woke culture in the Democratic Party?

Speaker 2 Well, you know, Kamala Harris was woke and she went broke in terms of losing the election. Budweiser went woke and it became one from the number one beer to the number three and it still hasn’t recovered. I could go down the line and everybody’s joining it. I mean, John, this is like, and I pointed this out my book,

Go Woke, Go Broke.

Speaker 1 But was it Target and Jaguar.

Speaker 2 Jaguar went woke. We’ll see what happens to them.

Speaker 1 Theyar, I didn’t get any buyers.

Speaker 2 Yeah, because every time I look at a Jaguar, I think up a guy, a heavy set guy in address and that’s not a good look any event. You know, it’s too prompt, John, the number one it’s you know, consumers hate this stuff. And you know, if you if you impose DEI and all this and you know and

basically embrace intersectionality, obsess over it, you know, consumer is going to say enough is enough. The other thing is John and I think people aren’t really taking this into account enough. It’s literally illegal when I mean, there are two titles to the Civil Rights Acts, Title six and Title seven. One of it involves public ecconomed accommodations. The

other involves employment. When the Supreme Court ruled on the Affirmative Action being illegal at the college level, it was basically saying you can’t discriminate based on public accommodations based on race. There’s the other one involves employment, and Title six and Title seven are the same, written the same way.

So if you can’t discriminate based on race in college admissions, the Supreme Court is telling you you can’t do it. Unemployment sod I literally is illegal. I mean, and you know the what happens is that you know, now you have a different Justice department. Pamp Bondi is very conservative.

You know, she’s she’s uh, she’s against a lot of these woke issues. She’s against THEE. I look at her past writings and you know what she said, what she said in the past, and you know, you could have a situation where some guy, white dude gets you know, doesn’t get a promotion or gets fired because of the I,

or doesn’t get a job because of the he sues the government, he sues you know, whatever company, and the Justice Departments Civil Rights Division joins the I mean, that’s you could have that situation right now based on what the Supreme Court ruled. So, I mean, these companies are reacting to that. And you know, John, the minute they

passed that law, the Supreme Court ruled affirmative action. I wrote a comment in New York Post saying this would happen because I spoke to a couple of guys that are that give you know, these are lawyers who have involved in corporate governance issues, and they said, we’re gonna have to scrub all our DEI stuff from from from

our from our website, from our from our internal documents, you know, and from HR because it’s now illegal. So that’s kind of what you see. Plus it’s let’s say, let’s be clear, this is anti American, and you know, you can’t have a functioning meritocracy. If you know you can automatically clear yourself. You can’t hire a man when

you’re a woman. And this advice versa.

Speaker 1 I’ll give you the extreme chaos, Charlie. I’ll give you the extreme case. If you know I used to run airlines, I’m not going to hire an unqualified pilot just to confirm, you know, to to do the world.

Speaker 2 Culture right and why.

Speaker 1 I mean, that’s an extreme case. But but but it’s real.

Speaker 2 Not really, but it’s not really, it’s real. Think about what Joe Biden. You know, I got a lot of a lot of backlash from the left, from you know, right thinking people, but from liberals when I wrote that Kamala Harris, if elected, could be the first DEEI president.

These guys went nuts. Gavin Newsom, that idiot with that has nothing going from but good hair, you know, attacked me on Twitter and you go down line. But in reality, that’s what she was. I mean, thick about it, Joe Biden said, the e I starts at the top of my administration, you know, Vice President. You know Supreme Court

who Candy Brown Jack what uh? We put pointed a black woman as a Supreme Court justice Kamala Harris as vice president. Literally, he said that he was going to pick his vice president based on intersectionality. And guess what, we had a vice president who couldn’t articulate simple policy.

She was totally unqualified for the job. She smuttered. I mean, Katie Kirk said it gibberish. She had was afraid to give interviews for more than ten minutes.

Speaker 1 And and and and uh. The vice president that she picked was just as bad.

Speaker 2 And he’s a freak too. But but that as she picks him because he’s a white guy from the Midwest who’s a moron. I mean, that’s what you have when you have DEI you make these choices not based on anything other than intersectionality. Who you know who it’s well, I mean, listen to who was qualified from the Democratic Party.

I don’t think any but but you know, Barack Obama was qualified. I don’t agree with him, but I mean, you know he heard it. He took out Clinton, you know, and he won the presidency. I mean, you know, he’s a smart guy.

Speaker 1 Charlie, Charlie Gasparino, we love you. I’m glad you wrote that book. Let’s you know, I’ll help fund at what other organization should we send that book to because America Meets needs to make the comeback.

Speaker 2 You know I agree, YOS, thank you.

Speaker 1 Thank you so much. I have a great Thanksgiving weekend.

Speaker 2 You too, My friend,
