Speaker 1 Sunday morning, right after Thanksgiving. Well, we have with this Professor Alan Dershowitz, and Professor I hope you had at a great Thanksgiving week with your family, and it looks like things are getting better in Israel. Tell us about it.

Speaker 2 Well, I’ve been in touch with the Prime Minister’s office. I am in touch with them quite regularly about legal issues and other issues. And let’s see what happens. Let’s see if this can move from Elebanon to Gaza. What it proves is that Nathaniel Who and Trump have been right all along. The only way to achieve piece is

through strength. You can’t do it just by negotiating out of weakness and begging, begging for a ceasefire apiece. You have to first defeat the enemy on the battlefield. You have to drive them back. You have to make them come and beg for a ceaspire, which I think is what’s happened, and I think what’s going to happen, and

hoping it’ll expand. My hope is that eventually Israel will make peace with Saudi Arabia, We’ll make peace with other countries. Trump brought about the Abraham Accords. I consulted a bit on his Middle East policy. I hope to continue to work with his team on Middle East policy, and I think he is the one who can bring about a

peaceful resolution, not only in the Middle East, but hopefully in Ukraine as well, because peace comes through strength. Strength, that’s the key.

Speaker 1 Understand, And I agree with you. I think the Iranians had as the best place. I can say it old crap moment that’s saying, oh, no, Trump is the president and they’re going to behave themselves more. But how do we fix things permanently?

Speaker 2 Well, Look, the Iranians obviously tried to kill Trump. They’ve tried to kill people. I know. I have a friend who’s former Minister of Justice and he has to be guarded twenty four to seven and they caught people who are trying to kill him only because he has been critical of Iran. Iran is a rogue terrorist regime. Of course,

you can’t tell that to the International Criminal Court. They don’t care about Iran, they don’t care about Syria killing hundreds of thousands of people. They care only about ISRAELI I see. See the International Criminal Court has done more to oppose peace and to promote terrorism and violence than almost any institution other than the United Nations itself. So

you know, Israel and the United States really are the only two countries in the world that today, with a little bit of help from Ukraine, are fighting the forces of evil, and we have to stand behind those who fight the forces of evil. I hope this will stick.

But remember there was a ceasefire in existence on October sixth, and Hamas just broke. It has Belah broken on October eighth, there was a ceasefire and existence, So can’t trust Irenian surrogates to comply with a CEA spire. Israel complies with c spires, and it’s lost soldiers. I know about a soldier that was killed, another one that was captured during

a ceasefire when the other side completely violated it. So Israel has to be on its guard. And I’m glad Natanieu said. If there’s one inkling of suggestion that Hesblas trying to arm itself again, Israel’s going to move in militarily, and it is the power to do it, and it has the support of Donald Trump behind it.

Speaker 1 Professor Deshowitz, if you were if it was January twentieth, twenty first, and you were in the Oval office next to President Trump, what would you whisper in his year to what to do about ICC?

Speaker 2 I would tell him to cooperate with Alan Dershwitz and his legal team. We have put together this great legal team of former attorneys general, former solicitors general, former judges, and we’re fighting the ICC. And he should come and join us and fight the ICC. He should also impose sanctions on any world leader that threatens to arrest Benjamin I,

including Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, who’s turned out to be a real whimp and not a real friend of Trudeau.

Speaker 1 His ratings are done out here there. His ratings in Canada down to twenty percent favorability. But the American people is an average. Don’t know who the ICC is. Who do they report to? Is the European community? Is it?

Who do they report to?

Speaker 2 They report to no one. They are a lawn to on themselves. They are above the law. There’s a treaty that one hundred and twenty some of the country signed. The United States refused to sign it, Israel refused to sign it, So how can they be bound by it?

There is no accountability there. It is just the lawn unto itself, and they see themselves above the law because their own treaty doesn’t allow them to go after democracies like Israel. But they just violate the law and there’s no accountability. They’re not a United Nations court, although they need Security Councils approval for some of their actions. But

they are an independent court set up a treaty. But the countries that didn’t sign the treaty aren’t found by it, and so it’s a lawless organization that I think, in the end will not survive. I think the issuing of the arrest warrants against Natonov and Galant really was a suicide note by the ICC. I don’t think they’ll survive this.

And we’re going to try our best, our team to make sure that Israel and the others are well defended in the court of public opinion. We’ve put together lawyers from all over the world to oppose the ICC, and we’re up for a fight.

Speaker 1 Understood. Anything else you want to tell the American people this Thanksgiving? I mean, are we praying for the world? Is the world getting better?

Speaker 2 I think it’s not getting better. I think it may get better. Look what my message is this, I am not a Republican. I, however, support whoever the president is, and I urge Democrats, democrats, liberals, anybody to support President Trump, not to try to destroy his presidency, as some people are trying to do already, but to understand that America

is one country we have to stand together. We elected President Trump. You may not have voted for him. I’m talking to people out there who are on the left but support him. He’s the president. Don’t think four years hence about who will be the next president. And I make a vow that if the next president’s a Democrat,

I’ll support her or him too. That’s the American way. You support your incumbent president. You can be critical of some of his actions.

Speaker 1 I agree with you, Professor. Somebody is making death threats to Trump appointees.

Speaker 2 Look believe me, I’m familiar with that threats. I’ve had them. I’ve had to have FBI agents come with me to class and live in my home. Basically, I understand what it means to live under that threat. And they’re also using these things of calling in false police reports. It’s despicable and we have to support our administration. I’m going

to support Biden until the day he leaves office, and then I’m going to support Trump until the day he leaves office. I support the presidency of the United States. When I argued the case against impeachment and unconstitutional impeachment against Trump, I didn’t do it on behalf of an individual.

I did it on behalf of the presidency, the executive branch of the United States government. And I’m going to continue to do that.

Speaker 1 Alan Dershowitz, God bless you, God bless America, God bless Europe, God bless this real, God bless the whole world, and we’ll catch up again.

Speaker 2 We’ll soon keep doing great. Thanks, thanks, thank you.
