Speaker 1 Playball. Well, we’re playing in Congress now instead of playing ball with us this morning on Sunday morning. It’s well, the former New York Yankee, the well the Texas Rangers, I believe Mark tik Sterra. Now his nickname is Texts, and now he’s going around the whole country making sure that America doesn’t go in the wrong direction. And again,

America should love baseball and love well, honesty and integrity. Well, Mark tik Stara Texts, give us any reading about how many states have you hit in the last few weeks.

Speaker 2 Well, first of all, John, it’s so great to be with you, and I just I’m so appreciative of everything you do for our country. I’ve been busy, so just this week alone, I’ve been in Florida, back in Texas, now in New York and New Jersey. The next few days I’m going to Montana and then Utah. And so

I’ve been traveling the country this summer, just trying to raise money for candidates that need it to get us over the top, to make sure that we keep the majority in the House, and also just spread the message of common sense versus crazy all over this country because you know, we have an opportunity to keep the House.

If we do not, it’s going to be chaos in Washington, DC. And America needs a strong Republican party to keep this nation on the right track.

Speaker 1 I agree with you one hundred and ten percent. You know it used to be. You know, I was a Democrat thirty forty years ago. But the you know, I had a vice president to form a vice president Pence in my office. And he can’t said it exactly right.

He said, maybe the Republicans are not doing things one hundred percent right. But the Democrats have completely lost their minds. Now you traveling around the whole country, have you seen that.

Speaker 2 I’ve seen it, John. And the one thing that’s that’s a little bit wild to me is that Bill Clinton would be a conservative. Now if you if you look at his interviews, at his policies, what he put into law, that would be considered conservatives. Now Barack Obama might be considered moderate. Now, the Democratic Party has gone so far

left we are we are inching towards socialism. And we all know that once you become socialists, it turns into communism. And and that’s how far the Democratic Democratic Party has gone. And I think I think America will reject that this is this is a nation built on faith and family and freedom and uh and socialism is none of that.

And we’ve got to stop it.

Speaker 1 Yeah, socialism and baseball doesn’t go hand in hand. Socialism and and and football doesn’t go hand in hand. This is America. And I tell that to people that we don’t want to change America. We love America the way it is. And when they come in used to be through Ellis Island. They come in, they have to pledge

a legiance to the flag of the United States and pledge religions to our country. Otherwise why come to America?

Speaker 2 You know what, John, My grandfather, Stanley Gordon to Shara, came to the United States at eighteen years old from South America. He was a conservative, airline mechanic, patriot, hard working man. My mother’s parents were first generation Americans. Their families came in to Ellis Island from Italy. This nation was built on immigrants. But the immigrants, just like you’ve

talked about for years, immigrants who love this country and pledge allegiance to this country. And we have a Democratic Party right now that in the State of the Union address last year refused to stand up for Americans because they they care more about illegal aliens and criminals, and that’s not American, John, you talk about it all the time.

We know what built this country, we know it made it great. And we’re not perfect. There are no perfect politicians. If you’re looking for a perfect politician, you’ll never find one. But we are absolutely on the right track. You know, we’re bringing inflation down. We inherited a terrible inflation issue from the Biden administration. We inherited open borders, we inherited

crime on our streets, and we’re turning all that around. And we need more of President Trump and we need more Republicans in Washington, DC to carry that message.

Speaker 1 Well, Mark tickstera thank you so much. I can’t quite a text, and all my friends do. John, and a New York Yankee, a Texas Rangers, and you did a little bit of stinting the Atlantic braves in the Los Angeles Angels. Well, thank you for everything you do for America.

And keep fighting for America. And you know who we’re fighting for. We’re fighting for our kids and grandkids.

Speaker 2 Amen. Thank you, John gott Lot, You
