Speaker 1 Well, there’s gonna be a lot of election elections in our city in the next well seven seven weeks, eight weeks. I’m losing track. One of the people running is Michael la Petrie. He’s an attorney, he’s a former member of the State Assembly, and uh, he’s running against Schuarez. And well, Michael, give us your lowdown of what you stand for in

Nasau County, the safest county in America, and what you want to accomplish if you become a member of Congress.

Speaker 2 Thanks so much, John. This is one of the top target seats in the nation, encompassing Long Island and Northeast Queens. Just two years ago, we came within just three percentage points of victory despite having no support. Now we’re one of the top target seats with all the support from the President, the Vice President, and all of House leadership.

They’re all in on Michae la Petrie to make sure we put more money in our pockets, keep our communities safe, and ultimately stand up for American citizens rather than illegal aliens. It’s about John, It’s about advocating for our veterans and our victims, not our criminals in our illegal aliens, which are seeing from Democrats, from the socialists, especially time and

time again, who want to espouse this hatred of defund the police, who want to push it forward in advance anti Semitism and ultimately destroy the foundation of our country. I’m not gonna let it happen. I’m the next generation common sense Republican and the road to the majority runs through New York three. Now.

Speaker 1 It is especially people who in Nassau account they they want common sense Republicans and they want, I guess, to save our country. And we came, we came close to the edge under the previous administration, and I was worried about us. And you know this this stuff with only things going on with they want did men and women’s

sports they wanted. I mean, it’s so much craziness going on. What are you gonna do about things like that?

Speaker 2 Well, that’s exactly it. You’re seeing so many crazies takeover and hijack the Democratic Party. And what’s worse is none other than somebody like mya two faced Tom Swazi, who says one thing and does another. And that’s the tragedy right here, is how he tries to deceive the voters while voting alongside these radicals down in Washington. For example, John,

you talk about keeping boys at a girl of sports, Tom Swazi voted against it. You want to talk about voter ide to protect the integrity of our elections, Tom Swasey voted against it. You want to talk about no tax on tips, overtime social security voting for the largest tax cut in history since World War Two? Well guess what,

Tom swaz voted against it. So time and time and time again, this guy is trying to come out as he’s a quote unquote moderate, but meanwhile he’s standing in the back voting alongside these radicals. And what’s worse is doing whatever these radicals say. And that’s not a representative.

That’s a coward. Someone who’s unable and unwilling to stand up to the left should not be a representative. That’s somebody that’s for self service and not public service. I got into this game because I believe in making a difference.

I believe in making a change and being the advocate for the people who are looking just to work hard, play by the rules, raise a family, and succeed in America. And I want to see that come to fruition for our future generations, so that older seniors can watch their children and grandchildren grow, and then the younger generation can

create families to make sure we’ve in America that’s brighter for all of us.

Speaker 1 Well, Michael Lpetrie, I mean, we got seven or eight weeks going to the election. I wish you luck. We need common sense, and we need common sense in the Republican Party because it seems like the Democratic Party has lost their minds and they’re going in the wrong direction.

Thank you so much for coming on this Sunday morning, and we’ll catch up with you again real soon.
