Speaker 1 Well, we have some breaking news today. We have Walkshaw with this who has been studying the JFK assassination for many, many, many years, and he says he thinks he’s got some breaking news. Mark, Sure, tell us what the heck is going on with the JFK assassination.

Speaker 2 We’ll tell you what, John, I’m going to make you feel good about yourself.

Speaker 3 You know why?

Speaker 2 Tell us because because don’t you feel good when you’ve said something and you’ve told people you believed in something for a long time and they criticize you and make fun of you and everything, and then you.

Speaker 3 Turn out to be right. Well, you’re right, and I’m.

Speaker 2 Right Because for years we’ve said that this whole Oswald alone conclusion by the Warren.

Speaker 3 Commission was a bunch of gibberish, and.

Speaker 2 Now that the JFK records that were released earlier this month showed just that, because based on reports by a journalist’s named Jefferson Morley, basically he said, uh, the evidence in the files does not support the notion that Lee Harvey Oswald killed the president.

Speaker 3 I’ll get that again.

Speaker 2 The evidence does not support the notion that Lee Harvey Oswald killed the president. And that’s that’s the first thing. The second thing is they went into the fact.

Speaker 3 That the shots came from the front, and.

Speaker 2 The uh and the research that I’ve done and and this man did show you have to go back to the doctors at Parkland Hospital who treated the President when he was brought in after the shooting, and they saw what was called a blow out wound in his throat and an exit wound in his in his the back

of his neck, and it showed that the obviously the shots came from the front. The next thing is that there are more than twenty witnesses who who testify and confirmed that the shots came from the grassy knoll or from the from the overpass. That’s the next thing. Then you get into another situation which is even a little

bit stranger, and that is that basically the gun and the rifle didn’t match what Oswald had. So that’s the next thing. But then the big kicker is really the fact that the evidence shows, you know that Oswald was not John listened to this, not even in the book, but the pository building at the time of the shooting,

and that information came from Oliver Stone, the famous director, when he appeared before the task force looking into the assassinations, and he basically said that there wasn’t any way that he could have been in that building because there were three women on the floors four and two, and when they heard the shots, they went down to the front

door and stood there and they never saw Lee Harvey Oswald come down the stairs. And of course no escalator, no elevator, whatever. And so I got a kick out of what Oliver Stone said. He said, you know, it all makes sense because you know, Oswald would have had to have been a track star running across the sixth floor,

running down the stairs before the two women were The women were there, and that is just impossible. So it’s so interesting, isn’t it that after all these years, things that we kind of knew about are in these JFK records, and I command the President for getting them released. They’re not all a release. There’s still things that need to

come out, but we’re gonna learn. We’ve learned a lot more about what happened. And by golly, you and I’ve been right all these years.

Speaker 3 How about that?

Speaker 1 Wow? That is something. Now, when does the rest of the world realize that what the truth is?

Speaker 2 Well, I don’t you know with all my books, you know, from the reporter who knew too much through collateral damage and all of them. You know, I’ve proven a lot of this in my books, but people don’t pay attention too much to it. Now, I’m hoping because this was the task force, the government task force looking into this,

and the allegations here are so strong backed up.

Speaker 3 By a JFK files.

Speaker 2 I mean, it’s right in there in terms of all this happening, that some people will come around now. There will be those who will believe the Oswald alone theory for the until the day they die. But we’ve been able at least, and I’m going to do more research based on a lot of this information now because I

think that’s what it should trigger, more information, more looking in. In fact, it’s interesting at the hearing that they had they talk about the CIA possibly be involved, the FBI possibly be involved. But another thing that you probably don’t know about John is that there is a Carlos Marcello confession that he made in nineteen eighty five that I

was able to uncover, and it’s not in the JFK files, but on December fifteenth, nineteen eighty five, when he was in prison in Texas, he told an inmate, and this is in his FBI file, Marcello’s yeah, I had the SOB killed. I’m glad I did. I’m sorry I couldn’t have done it myself. So it’s these kinds of evidence

that can’t be debated really that hopefully will make some people stop and think about exactly what happened back there and quit with all this tom foolery. With regard to this Osweald alone situation.

Speaker 1 Well, Markshaw were to our audience. We’re talking to Mark Shaw, who wrote over twenty books and has been investigating me for how many years you’ve been investigating jfk assassination?

Speaker 2 Now almost fifteen since I wrote The Reporter Who Knew Too Much.

Speaker 3 I will say that some of.

Speaker 2 The testimony at the hearing John now that they had said that at the hearing, they’ve backtracked a little bit. They’ve done a little bit more speculation than I care for, because I don’t speculate in my books.

Speaker 3 But this evidence is strong enough.

Speaker 2 Listen, a first year prosecutor could take this evidence into a courtroom and be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Oswald did not shoot the president. It’s not Oswald alone the president. Oswald did not shoot the president.

You know, this is interesting, isn’t it. One of the most honest statements about the assassination was Oswald saying, I’m not a Patsy, right, Yeah, he wasn’t you know. I said I’m a pathy. I’m sorry, I’m a pathy, and he was telling the truth. With regard to that. There’s a couple other statements. Dorothy Kilgallen, for instance, made the

statement justice is a big rug.

Speaker 3 When you unfolded, a lot.

Speaker 2 Of powerful men are exposed as well. You know, there’s all those kinds of statements that have been made that people have made fun of over the years, But the evidence is overwhelming.

Speaker 3 John here now, and I hope Pepe will take attention, attention, pay attention to that.

Speaker 1 Mark Shaw, thank you for the updates. Keep your eyes open. I’m sure there’s going to be more out there and let us know when you know.

Speaker 3 Thank you, John, You’re a good man.
