Speaker 1 Sunday morning, Live long and prosper. That’s our model between me and doctor Mihlos and Peter Mihlosa, tell us, what good advice are you going to give our listeners today to live to be one hundred?

Speaker 2 Well, today we’re going to talk about a very timely topic because we now know that our second brain is our gut, and there’s a connection between our gut and the vegus nerve and our brain and it communicates. And all this talk now with a new Secretary of Health about changing what we eat is going to really make

people a lot healthier. And we’re finding that the American male lifespan the US is not as good as the rest of the world and in the EU, and in the EU where they have rules about food and what goes into your gut. So I think that things are on the right track as far as getting rid of

a lot of these artificial dyes, because there are alternatives, like you know, you can use watermelon juice to make things paint, BlackBerry juice to make things colored certain cereals, instead of using these artificial dyes that have been associated with even brain dysregulation like ABD attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity in kids, and then you just keep throwing more medicines

at them and more different prescription medicines, when a lot of things can be fixed with a good, proper diet. And one study where they actually took healthy poop and made it from healthy, mentally healthy people, and they put it into children with certain mental disorders anxiety, and they gave them bacteria from a healthy mental person. They found

that those people got better, which is pretty amazing that the gut can actually control behavior, and that certain gut bacteria were associated with a greater depression. Not so being on the right track of getting rid of some of these artificial sweeteners that some of them have become associated with cancer. And it all starts from the mouth. The

mouth is where we first chew and the oral microbiome. As our friends doctor Adam Bear and doctor Siicarelli and Andon’s always talk about, is that everything starts in the mouth and the gut, and when things get digested in the mouth, they are good bacteria and bad bacteria. Now they’re even able to test. When you have higher levels

of certain bacteria, you get more cavities, and then the food travels down as we go through the intestinal track. So what we put into the mouth is turning out to be extremely important. And the other things are the hormones, the antibiotics. Of recent study that just came out about eating too much chicken because a lot of our American

chicken is load with pesticide antibiotics because they’re in little crowded cages instead of free range chicken.

Speaker 1 Let me ask you a question, if we eat organic chicken, is that better or you think it’s about.

Speaker 2 To say much better? Much better? Yeah, absolutely, organic chicken. You don’t have them in the crowded the areas where you have to give antibiotics because they get infections. Then the hormones that you’re giving cows to make them produce more milk, and some of those hormones may be associated with making cancers grow faster. A lot of those things

are banned in other parts of the world, and that’s why sometimes places in the middle of nowhere that you would think that, you know, people live a long time because they’re eating off their farms and farm to table, whereas we’re eating multiply leveled processed foods. And as we’ve discussed before, those processed food they put in all these

preservatives and when you can’t read or understand the list on the back of the label, you know you shouldn’t eating it because those preservatives kill bacteria, so it stays on the shelf longer. But they also killed the good bacteria in our gut. So this gut red gut, it’s called gut. This biosis is going to be a big issue.

And I think that making America healthy again and changing our diets, getting rid of a lot of these artificial diets, sweeteners, hormones out of the diet, is going to make people generally much healthier and we’re going to end up saving trillions of dollars because people will be healthier for a longer period of time instead of all these chronic diseases

that we’re seeing.

Speaker 1 So I think Docta the truth is to all our listeners we have over the last fifty years, we’ve created our own banana peel. Our medicine got better, but by adding all this stuff to our food, we needed better medicine just to survive and just a little bit more.

Speaker 2 Absolutely, because the foundation of health is what enters our mouths and travels through the digestive system, which communicates with our brain and our immune system. And certain foods have certain vitamins that are more helpful, and there’s a lot of things that we’re starting to understand. So I think this is going to really change America in a good

way as far as being healthier, and maybe the health span of men will start to increase and our longevity will increase. And I think we’re on the right track. And you’re giving interview the other day was excellent with Secretary Kennedy.

Speaker 1 Yes there was Secretary Kennedy. I think is on the right track to help us live longer and to control the stuff that they put into our ingredients. I read the other day that one major company, I think PepsiCo, that is by the end of twenty five or twenty six, it’s going to eliminate all artificial stuff in their foods.

Speaker 2 No, absolutely, I think that there may be making the right decision because they realized that before it even gets banned. Re up your factories, starting sourcing the natural materials, the natural food dies made from fruits, vegetables, and make you know, this will make the children healthy, because it all starts with our children. We need to feed our children healthy

meals so they can go on to be healthy adults. Because there’s also a national security issue. You don’t have a healthy population, you can’t raise a standing army protect and defend your borders and your nation. So health is very important, and we’re going to see a lot of great things happening this year.

Speaker 1 What I’ll ask you a question. The last question is what, And this is just your gut feeling our creator, whoever our creator is, what do you think our lifespan would be if we eat the proper foods and did the right thing.

Speaker 2 Well, I think that we also have the twenty percentage genes. If we have the proper genes and we live the proper clean diet, good sleep, good relationships, we can go to one hundred and twenty. It seems that’s what we’re really designed for.

Speaker 1 So in other words, with the current medicine that we have now and the current science we have now, and if we eat the right right we can go to one twenty. That’s a good way to end today’s message to our listeners.

Speaker 2 Yes, live long and prosperous, think positive and test negative.

Speaker 1 God bless you, and God bless America. And thank you for making our listeners live longer.

Speaker 2 Thank you John for always getting the truth out on the Cats Round Table,
