Speaker 1 Sunday Morning with us is Senator Marshall blackmart from a great state of Tennessee, and so many things to talk about, Senator Sunday morning. What do the people of America have to know but things that are going on and good things that are going to be happening.

Speaker 2 Yes, I think that when they’re looking at what is happening in DC right now, they see that we’re trying to find a funding mechanism, we’re stopping some bad judges that Schumer’s been trying to push forward, and we are visiting with President Trump’s nominees for his cabinet appointments.

Speaker 1 And do you have I know there’s been a lot of controversy over cabinet appointments. How do you feel about things in What does the rest of the GOP Senate feel about them?

Speaker 2 There are One of the things we have to realize first is the American people gave President Trump a mandate by delivering not only the electoral college but the popular vote to him. So it is imperative that we support him in his choices. People want to end to tears of justice, they want to drain the swamp. They want

for this government spending to be brought under control. They want to reduce the size and scope of the federal government. In other words, they’re tired of four years of Joe Biden, where inflation has been through the roots, the border’s been wide open, crime has been rising, and the federal government has tried to control their life. Twenty four seven three

sixty five Daylight to dark.

Speaker 1 I agree with you. I think the American people the inflation factor, bring down the price of gasoline, bring down the price of food, and hault the criminals and really bad people from coming across the borders and hurting American citizens.

What else do you think that Tennessee? Did you have a lot of damage during the storms?

Speaker 2 We did? And John I will tell you, I think the poor depunch from SEMA to the people of Georgia, North Carolina, Southwest Virginia, and Tennessee. I think that’s one of the reasons you saw President Trump run so strong in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and of course he won in Tennessee. But for SEMA to take so long to

get into those areas, and what we have seen from the accusations that went out to the team, to the crews, the FEMA crews of don’t go to people that you think would disagree with you or that have Trump signs on their property. This is disgusting and it is something that we look forward to dealing with.

Speaker 1 I agree with you, and at a certain point when supervisors make those kinds of decisions and hurt American people, I mean a jail sentence I think is appropriate, not just losing their jobs. And the other thing I’m emotional about, and maybe you’ll look into it, is the fact that mandatory jail time if people create and do intentional, intentional

voter fraud.

Speaker 2 Yeah, you know, John, as I was saying this, two tiers of justice, two tiers of access, two tiers of treatment, one for the Democrats and the elites, and another for people that are conservatives, are Republicans. And whether you’re talking about what people are watching right now, help happening in Pennsylvania and California where they are still counting votes and

trying to pure ballots. This is all voter fraud. And people are furious with what they see the Democrats doing, and I think they do this at their own herald. And one of the things we know is that the American people are saying stop this and when you look at FEMA and you look at what they have done

to people that they feel like don’t agree with them, or it’s a conservative area, or it’s a conservative state. This is not FEMA’s money. This is the American tax payers money, and it is something that should be should be this agency should carry out their mission to every individual, every business that needs help and support during this difficult time.

They should meet their responsibility. And then you look at the voter fraud issue, and you see people in Pennsylvania saying, hey, wait a minute, you’re doing a recount and you’re trying to count ballots that the state Supreme Court has told you are not eligible to be counted. So these people are defying the Supreme Court and making certain that they

are appropriately dealt with when they are violating the law. As we see the law being violated, they should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Speaker 1 Senator Blackburn, I agree with you one hundred and ten percent. And you know what the problem is. Nobody goes to jail in Washington. You know, everybody is slapped on the hands, everybody’s slapped, but no jail time. And until we raise the stakes, and and and really want the right thing in our country. I think we’re going to work towards that.

Speaker 2 Right. I think that that’s something that when you see a Donald Trump administration, people that have done something, taken in action that is in violation of the law, you’re going to see them held to account for that. But you’re exactly right. Under the Biden administration, no one ever gets fired, no one ever gets held to account. They

all get promotions, they all get bonuses, and they’re all still working from home.

Speaker 1 And I hope we find out where the money came from during the Harris campaign, because according to the New York Times or Wall Street Journal, I forget where I read it, that she got a big five hundred million in fifteen weeks. She spent one point five billion fifteen weeks.

That’s one hundred million a week. That doesn’t sound like it’s gettable unless they came from unknown sources.

Speaker 2 Well, we we certainly know there will be investigations into Act Blue and some of this funding that took place, and we’re going to get hard at work on it. I’m going to be hard at work on it, and always a pleasure to join you. Thank you for having me on.

Speaker 1 Senator Marsha Blackburn, Thank you for working hard for the American people. God bless you, and God bless America.
