Senator Sunday morning, three days from Christmas, ten days from New Years. What is your projections for the New Years? Well, first of all, very merry Christmas, junior listeners. My prediction is it’s it’s going to be tough.
There’s nothing gonna be easy. Democrats are not going to help us out at all. All they want is to continue to grow government. And from my standpoint, the election was was really about how do you how do you clip government’s wings? How do you reduce the scize.
Scope and cost of government and its influence over our lives. So this is not gonna be easy. I think one of the things we’ve got going for us, unlike we’ve ever had before, is we’ve got somebody like Elon Musk who has a platform and a bullhorned that will actually be supportable what we’re trying to dot. We’ve never really
had that. We’ve had people like you, We’ve had talk radio, we’ve got a couple of conservative outlets, but the legacy corporate media have been utterly opposed to conservative ideas of you know, fiscal conservatism, and that they’ve done everything they can’t undermin us. Now now we finally got you know, people who are are also skeptical of the size and
scope of government, who will reinforce what we’re trying to do, and uh.
Well, what they’re really happens. It looks like President Trump has already been taking the presidency. He looks like he’s he’s making decisions on on the world. Uh, and I think a lot of people are very comfortable and very confident that he’s going to bring the problems of the world in control.
Again, Well, it’s just become so obvious how feeble, in capable, and incompetent President Biden is. And so I think most Americans, whether they voted for Trump or not, just can’t wait for January twenty so we actually have a president with the power to try and keep us out of wars.
I think what’s been scandalous is the way President Biden has done everything he can to light more fires on his way out the door. So again, there’s a big mess on our hands. I thought it was pretty interesting.
I listened to Tucker’s interview with Jeffrey Sachs as he’s just laying out just the disaster that has come from from the Biden administration. You know, he’s he’s a former Democrat, but like many of us, his eyes have been open to the uniparty and you know, the destruction of war.
And he’s he’s very hopeful that President Trump has a real opportunity to be just maybe America’s greatest president by completely changing our approach to foreign policy, you know, not being so hostile. You know, the chief piece of strength, but that strength starts with economic strength, that starts with the unified America. And what makes me the most hopeful
John is exactly that that this new coalition that President President Trump is attracted. You know that, you know, people like me, I’m I’m god to know Bobby Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy is now going to be the administration. You hear Jeffrey Sachs talking to Tucker the way he is, and those two gentlemen are agreeing. Uh, this is a real
opportunity for America to heal and unify completely, shift paradigms, bring peace the world, lead throughout the world by being an example of freedom and democracy. Not lead with military strength, but lead with our principles to the strength of our beliefs. Uh, that’s what we need to do in this I hate to use the word reset because it’s been so abused
by Hillary Clinton, but we need a reset. We need to admit our mistakes and say this is the way we’re going to approach the world. Now, let’s make peace. Let’s step back from special nuclear holocaust. So yeah, I’m telling out the most uplifting character, but I’ve got some real hope. I really have a great deal of hope
moving into this holiday season, the season of peace and hope. I agree with you. I think it’s going to be a great new year. And I think the American people are looking at the twenty twenty five as a comeback year for our country and the free world. And I think President Trumps has said that and they believe in
what he’s doing. What else would you like to tell the American people on a Sunday morning, four days for Christmas. Well, based what we’re talking about, this is what Americans want, regardless of party. I think one of the greatest thrust to America right now is how horribly divided we are.
Like I said, a house divided against himself cannot stand, and so the number one thing we have to do is we have to seal and unify this nation. And what Bobby Kennedy did by spending his campaign making the very tough political decision, and then Trump made the same political decision to set their differences aside, focus on an
area of agreement, addressing chronic illness. But it’s even bigger than that, because that is demonstrating to Americans how you heal and unify a divided nation. We’re we’re all Americans. We all share the same goals. We want safety, we want security, we want to help each other, we want the best for our fellow citizens in America and globally.
So let’s focus on those shared goals, those shared purposes. And if we do that, we can’t have a far far brighter future. So again, this is a season of piece, It’s the season of hope, and I have not been as hopeful since I became the United States Centator quite hon Sot’s let’s take advantage of the situation. Let’s have
have it blessed and merry Christmas. And then let’s take advantage of this, of this opportunity for real hope and peace.
Agree send it the last last thing. Can anybody figure out? Boy? President Biden is doing such stupid things with only thirty days left to his presidency, giving you the Iranians ten billion dollars, I mean, with the Iranian short on payroll to pay the hoodies, I mean, nobody understands it, and giving and Gola billion dollars, giving U Craated another billion dollars,
and trying to sell the pieces of the border.
Well, personally, they’re just shoving money out the door because they don’t want any of the things they funded. They don’t want that many rescinded. But it just it does appear that they’re just trying to sabotage the Trump and mayration.
They don’t want a successful administration because they want to win the election in the fall of twenty twenty six, and then they want to win the presidency and follow twenty twenty So rather than putting America first, they’re putting their own political ambitions first. It’s vile, but it’s sick what they’re doing. But again, this is why we need
we need we need to govern wisely, we need to win the political argument, we need to attract a larger party, and we’ve got to be at the big tent and give us sus aside and welcome people that we agree with eighty or seventy or maybe even those only six percent.
Of the time.
But be a welcoming party, an inclusive Partty.
Senator Ron Johnson from the great state of Wisconsin, Middle America, thank you for your common sense and Merry Christmas and a great new year for the American people. Thank you so much for coming here on a Sunday morning. Merry Christmas, and God bless a pleas
