Artificial Intelligence in Space.

1:04 A news story talks about AI may have likely spread into the cosmos, so says they form a NASA historian chief. What’s that? In other words, we’re looking for biological life in the universe. That’s pretty obvious. We haven’t found any extraterrestrials and communication stuff. We don’t know that they’re there.

Life may be common or how about this, John, life may have transitioned to artificial intelligence, and that we need to think outside the box as to how to even figure out how to communicate with such advanced life forms. But how do you say life

1:43 forms are artificial intelligence? The point is the universe becomes much more interesting and complex. Let’s say you that’s a big topic.

Artificial intelligence is a super duper pooper uh scooper uh Google type system created by human beings uh to to search out different uh uh information on the Internet and and put it into U you know, in a different form. But it’s not intelligence.

2:26 It’s just a different way to uh to to gain all that intelligence. Uh And uh my biggest, my biggest fear of uh Steve Kates is that they’re gonna use it to uh create new history. If the wrong people are programming a computer create new history and forget the old.

Astronomers are saying that we may have to think outside the box because life in the biologic form may not be the only source of an intelligence in the universe.
