Space and astronomy broadcaster Steve Kates, known as Dr. Sky, tells John Catsimatidis that there may be more than one world of consciousness other than humans. He says megacryometeors have been seen coming out of a clear blue sky, maybe looking like a giant pancake, and nobody understands how they form. He says that still nobody knows why the Earth shakes every 26 seconds.

Key takeaways

  • Kates said a study by India’s Jagadish Bose showed plants respond to external physical, chemical and electrical stimuli.
  • He said astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s simple premise is that all living things are maybe connected.
  • He said some people may confuse megacryometeors with large chunks of blue ice from jets’ lavatories.
  • Kates said 1960s geologist Jack Oliver traced the 26-second shaking to the Gulf of Guinea, off West Africa.
  • He said undersea volcanoes may also be behind the 26-second shaking.

Speaker 1 Sunday morning.

Speaker 2 Well, Steve Cates, Dr.

Speaker 1 Sky, give us some things that will tickle our mind, Steve Cates, on a Sunday morning.

Speaker 2 Well, good morning, John, and happy November to everybody out there. We begin with a subject called, Is Consciousness Reserved to Humans Only? Because as we talk deep about space, we have so many ideas. There may be more than one world of consciousness other than humans. in a study by the Indian doctor Dagadish Bose, demonstrated that plants actually respond

to external physical, chemical, and electrical stimuli. And he invented something, excuse me, the crestograph, to measure responses in plants.

Speaker 1 I believe in that. I believe in that. I believe if you tell the plants that you love them, or try to transmit it from your own mind to them, then I think they act positively. All trees, everything on this planet Earth is a living entity.

Speaker 2 And I really believe in that. Well, John, you’re right. And I had an opportunity over the years to know Dr. Edgar Mitchell. He was the astronaut who went to the moon with Alan Shepard. And on the way to the moon, he claimed to have had an out-of-body experience. Dr. Mitchell formulated and found a group called the Noetic Institute, and

his simple premise is this. All living things are maybe connected as if you had all your fingers out, and everything from the tiniest bacteria all the way up to the living, you know, largest animals are all connected in a world that we cannot, you know, discount that consciousness is just, you know, associated with humans. Understood.

Speaker 1 And I really believe that... animals interact with us through our minds, not necessarily through our voice.

Speaker 2 Absolutely, John. The mystery continues about what consciousness is, and it’s something that we talk about sometimes in the quantum world. But here’s something else that I find very fascinating on a Sunday morning. What are megacryometeors? Sounds very much like a science fiction term. Well, John, this goes back to weather phenomena. Hail formation simply in supercell thunderstorms is caused

by water droplets that are shooting higher up to the tops of these big thunderstorms. Some of them may go up to 60,000, 70,000 feet, as they say. But when they descend, John, they obviously, this ice continues to form like layers on an onion. And these things called megacryometeors, this is really strange. These things have been seen out

of a clear blue sky, John, And they’ve looked like maybe a piece like a giant pancake coming out of this, you know, totally out of the blue. And nobody understands how they’re formed. So there’s many strange phenomenon in weather that we don’t understand. But the smallest type of hail is something called grapple. That’s the tiniest of little ice particles.

But John, that’s amazing because some people may confuse these megacryometeors to these large chunks of blue ice. And you being an aviator, many of these commercial jets and private jets When they would discharge something, let’s say, from the lavatory, it forms ice and the blue, you know, material inside those toilets. People have seen blue ice coming out of

the sky. But megacryometeors, John, the clear blue sky, ice can form. We don’t know how. Isn’t that one of the strangest things that you’ve ever heard of if you’re talking about great mysteries?

Speaker 1 Well, yeah, I could see it happening because I could see airplanes discharging things and it just, happens.

Speaker 2 Absolutely. And John, we saved the best for last. The mystery of the week. Now, this one is really fascinating. Here’s the headline. Why does the Earth shake every 26 seconds? And what’s the mystery behind this? Well, a geologist in the 1960s named Jack Oliver, he traced the location off the Gulf of Guinea, off the coast of West Africa.

And every 26 seconds, as he reported, these micro-seasons small little vibrations in the air. They think, that is the geologist, that this may be caused by ocean waves constantly hitting the rock formations under the ocean by Africa. But that’s not a guarantee, John. Sunlight hits that region, warms the water, mostly, of course, at the equator. But there also may be

these undersea volcanoes. And the low frequency has been heard, John, not only in that area of the world, but there’s a strange phenomenon simply called the hum. And people out in open deserts and other areas of the world have heard a strange resonance coming somewhere from the Earth. Now, the interesting thing as we close, the Earth’s natural frequency, John,

is 7.83 hertz. They call it a Schumann resonance. If you’re having a hard time sleeping, a lot of people induce that frequency because it’s a calming effect. But, John, still nobody knows why the Earth shakes every 26 seconds.

Many of the mysteries that we talk about in the universe... How about as you and I agree, we haven’t even explored the entire ocean to understand it completely, and we certainly don’t know exactly what’s going on inside.

Speaker 1 I’ll make an additional comment that some of these UFOs are living, whatever the beings are, are living on inner Earth below our surface in whatever. Absolutely, John. We’ve all seen it in the movies. It may exist.

Speaker 2 Yes. You’re right. And in future guests, John, I’m going to be talking with a whistleblower. We’ve heard so much about UAPs, but how about a whistleblower who claims that down in Antarctica, he was part of a project in which he talks about the United States and other countries have developed these directed energy weapons. And of course, the

mysteries of Antarctica continue to compound that whole mystery. Isn’t that incredible? An area at the bottom of the earth with 5.5 million square miles, and just like the undersea of the ocean, We really don’t know a lot about the great history of Antarctica. The mystery continues.

Speaker 1 Steve Cates, thank you for coming on, and we’ll talk again real soon.

Speaker 2 Have a good day. Have a wonderful Sunday. Thank you, John.
