Speaker 1 Well, it’s Sunday morning.

Speaker 2 What is today is doctor Peter Milos, and we have nicknamed him Live Long and prosper and we all want to live long and prosper. Uh. Doctor Millo said, what is your update for this morning, Sunday morning.

Speaker 3 Well, today, John, we are going to talk more about health and longevity, and more and more studies are coming out on how bad modern processed sugar is. I’ll start with a piece of ancient anthropological history. When you look at gulls that they find from one thousand, two thousand, and three thousand years ago. One of the things that

is when you look at their teeth, it’s uncanny how well preserved these teeth are, without any dental work, without cavities, because our ancestors would eat farm to table and they would eat cleaner foods, fresh vegetables. Of course, they may have died younger and didn’t have longevity because of trauma and effect before antibiotics and other treatments, but as far

as their food and their diet, they tended to have cleaner foods. And that’s where I’ll start, because everything starts in the mouth where we eat and what enters the mouth, and we now know in modern times, since processed sugars and processed foods were introduced, we’ve seen much more diabetes, cancer things that didn’t exist years ago. OBCD didn’t exist

years ago. And all of us know we used to have our chocolate cakes and our glass of milk and come home and watch TV. And there was just one advertisement after the other.

Speaker 1 Come home, watch Rocky Jones and his Space Rangers.

Speaker 3 Right and Lost in Space and all these other wonderful shows. But the problem is our commercials that they had as kids. They kept showing us sugary drinks and soft drinks, and all this sugar has caused big problems because when your body gets that rush of sugar and you have no place to put the calories, guess where it goes into

our abdominal fat, our visceral fat, which we now know is almost like an organ in itself because it messes up our whole hormonal system and metabolic system. And that’s why we have skyrocketing cases of diabetes. And as a country, we would save probably trillions of dollars in medical care if we can just get a hold of our diets

and have a better understanding to teach in the schools and nutrition should be a mandatory course starting from birth grade and learning about nutrition for some of.

Speaker 2 The reasons, especially doctor, especially all the stuff we have learned in the last two years.

Speaker 3 No, it’s amazing what we’ve learned in that big study in the European Union that was done that found that as we age, ourselves divide faster. When they divide faster, they make more copying errors, and those copying errors of our information in our cells. Those copying errors are cancer and inflammation and disease. And then they say, well, what

makes it go faster as we age, and guess what it was? Rising insulin levels and sugar, so things like high those corn syrup that’s in all these different products that we have over the counter that really bumps up our sugar. But it also speeds up the replication of cells.

And they’re also finding that it speeds up the replication of cancer cells. And that’s why now some of the new anti cancer agents are actually targeting the absorption of sugar by cells. And there’s even a study done with this medicine that’s actually used for killing ringworm that they use because it blocks the absorption of sugars and the

intestinal track of the ringwork, and they found in some recent literature just this well known established medicine actually blocked the absorption of sugar in some tumors, and it may have helped slow down some tumors. So that whole field of blocking. For example, some of these medicines we know block the formation of few blood vessels. Imagine if we

can figure out ways to block the nutrition going into these cells. And that’s probably why people who take met Forman, which is made from French Lilacs ac Commoedies medicine for diabetes, it makes less sugar available. And that’s why they looked at hundreds of thousands of charts and they found people who took met forman had twenty three percent less cancer

during their lifetime. That’s a big deal.

Speaker 2 Now you have we come down to how much met foreman is the right amount to be used?

Speaker 1 In other words, I take three five hundred.

Speaker 2 What is it milligrams of a per per meal.

Speaker 3 Yeah, well one hundred milligrams is what you could take the maximum doses four times a day, but a lot it depends on your weight and height. But for many people who it’s prescribed by many anti aging doctors. If you’re you know, over a certain age over fifty, you’re not planning on, you know, trying to have kids actively,

and you know, you basically take one. Some people take one with dinner, prescribed by their doctor, and all of a sudden they find that not only there’s sugar levels that hemoglobin A one c, which is the average of what your sugar was the last nine day, it gets better, but even your cholesterol and lipid profile they improved with

mett Foreman. So that’s I mean, that’s just made something from franklylex. In other countries it’s over the counter, but it’s definitely associated with with longevity. So those types of medicine. But on the other end, there’s other medicines that they use the diabetes that they’re using on weight loss that have side effects, like some of these shots that people

are taking. They have problems with intestinal obstruction, something called ilias which it slows your bottles down, cases of eye problems, this thing called non schemic coptic neuropathy. So they have to be done under the supervision a physician and probably do it in pulse where people do it for like three months, lose some weight and try to be strict

on a diet. The bottomlight is for weight loss, as we both know because we both or some weight. Doing it is fascinating because that denies the body of sugar and lets our gut rest and during no sixteen hours when the sugar is not up, we’re actually aging flower.

Speaker 1 Wow. That wonderful, and that is wonderful.

Speaker 3 They took radioactively labeled sugar and they gave it to frank grated cancer patients and guess where they follow it with the scan where the sugar goes right to the tumor.

Speaker 1 Fascinating thing is cancer in your body has deserted.

Speaker 3 Yeah. And a few years ago they tried to lock up some doctor in Oregon who was prescribing fast for people with cancer. And guess what now that the published studies came out that that group that was pushing for that fasting of solid tumors, they have published data and scans where they put people on these short term fasts

and the tumors shrunk, which is a big deal. Wow.

Speaker 3 So they were all fascinating things. And also artificial sweeteners are another whole issue that you and I have discussed and apologies I have was like cold myself. The sugars that are artificial. When they hit the tongue, they send the signal to the brain into the body that oh wow, something sweet’s coming in. But then all of a sudden,

you start shooting out insulin, which makes your blood sugar go down, but there’s no real sugar available. So then people who do drink some of these diet sodas wonder why they start getting hungry an hour later because you’re body thinks that sugar came in, but it’s a fake out.

And then the insulin goes in and then it drops your blood sugar. But then it sends the signal a I better start eating because my blood sugar is dropping.

Speaker 2 So that’s that’s why people drink diet sodas never really lose weight.

Speaker 3 No, No, that’s the problem because we’re a big bag of chemicals and everything has to be in perfect balance. Our sugar, our potassium, our sodium. And I know how careful you are and you get your lens and you try to keep everything balanced, and that’s so important, keeping that chemical balance of all the sugar, the hormones, you know,

your heavy metals, your mercury, all these things have to be imbalanced to live long and prosper and stay healthy and keep laying.

Speaker 2 Live wrong and prosper doctor me, Hello, thank you so much, and we’ll catch up again real

Speaker 3 So thanks John for always getting the truth out and keeping our audience healthy on the Cats Around Table
