Asteroid has zero chance of hitting Earth.

Automated transcript · uncorrectedSunday morning. What’s a Sunday morning without Steve Kates otherwise known as doctor Sky. That really enlightens us. Well, Steve, what do you have in mind for this Sunday morning?
Well, good morning, John, and to all the listeners around the world at the Cats Around table. Hopefully this news John will let people sleep better and more peaceful at night. We’ve been talking about asteroid twenty twenty four. Why are four astronomers have been telling us, and we’ve been reporting actually very accurate information that’s come to us that that asteroid,
which maybe had as high as a three point six percent chance of striking the Earth. Now astronomers are telling us, we’re reporting it a zero chance of us being hit in twenty thirty two. That’s strange.
How did he go from one point two to two point six John zero?
I don’t understand that, and you know what, I don’t think anybody really does. But again, John, what we read and here in the mainstream media around on the Internet, we have to take it with a grain of salt. Now, of course, we don’t want somebody to hit the Earth.
Why do we want to be prepared in the event. So here’s the answer to what you’re asking, they’re doing more analysis of the orbit of this particular object. And let’s also be honest with you in the audience always, they still do not know the true orbital path of this particular asteroid with the absolute precisions. So now what
they’re saying is to not alarm people, it’s not fake. Is that the asteroid itself has lowered itself to a potentially zero chance in twenty thirty two. Now, let’s hope they’re right, because they’ll have more than egg on their face, even with the price of eggs. That that, of course, is a really early pronouncement of a zero percentage point.
Because John, remember there are twenty thousand of these Apollo type asteroids. They’re called Earth crossers. And even if that is true, we still have to watch keep our eyes to the skies with these objects, which a good cause deremendous damage to planet number three, the Earth.
Like you say, is wow, I look to hear further in the future, and I hope they’re right.
Well, Jenny, we’re going to keep everybody posted as you would expect, and everybody out there, of course wants to hear this. But moving closer to Earth SpaceX of course dominates the news every single day with amazing stories. Now, the launch of this particular Starship eight, its original intended date is February the twenty eighth, which is now passed.
So if indeed that did get off the ground, as we go to broadcast right now, this is an interesting test because what are we trying to do. And for those that don’t know what starship is, it’s the most massive John rocket that anybody’s ever produced. It stands four hundred and three feet tall. It’s got a primary booster
and a spacecraft on top, which is called a ship, and it has sixteen million pounds of thrust, double in more than amazing Saturn five. So it’s dull right now is to launch the ship which is on top of that big rocket stack, and to have it deploy some tested dummy Starlink satellite to make sure that they can
actually use the spacecraft to put things into space, and the big booster is supposed to land successfully and be captured by the big arms down at Starbase. Now, the next one that they’re going to do John, this is a Starship number nine, probably late March or April, is they’re going to attempt to capture both the booster and
the starship spacecraft. That would be a milestone in history for space because nobody has ever done not only the capture of a booster, but if astronauts are ever going to go to the Moon in Mars, they sure don’t want to crash and burn on the ground, so that one will be following closely.
Well, at what point, I mean the you know, we used most of the fuel and most of the energy to have the rocket ship take off from the planet Earth at one point, is nasally going to allow or whoever the powers there being in the world the anti gravity that does exist.
Yes, John, I’m like a positive thinker like you and I don’t dream, but well maybe sometimes we do. Let’s be positive and we are. There is that technology, as you and I report here, you more accurately reporting about sources that you know that obviously this country and maybe other countries have the anti gravity technology. We simply need
to get away from chemical rockets now, even though you know you have to give credit to Starlink and all the things SpaceX is doing. But John, if we could master that ability, the biggest problem not only in the world today of quantum pace.
The energy to get out of the planet’s Earth.
Absolutely, and they still have not developed one clean rocket that goes without booster stages. So, in other words, to launch the space in the future, if we’re going to still need chemical rockets before anti gravity is the fact that we obviously have to still develop a rocket that can go from the launch pad to space with not
all that excessive waste of energy or useful energy to get the space is fascinating. But I’m on the path, John. I think you are very positive, being positive too. But things look bright and I think you know, everybody looks at all the launches we’ve had and the great technologies. Well, let’s hope that someday we can talk about the anti
gravity source. That would be amazing.
Because then most of the energy will be used elsewhere.
And correct conservative because the laws of thermodynamics.
Wall of Elon Musk’s security clearances, I’m I’m shocked at they haven’t told them because he has used it for sure.
Absolutely, John, I’ll keep hope alive on that one. Yeah. But we always talk about the mystery of the week. Here’s something very strange that’s going on right now. The song and we’ve been following Solar Max twenty five, you know where the sunspot cycle is high. Here’s something as we dig into it, people are asking when’s the peak
of solar you know, cycle twenty five because of all these powerful players. Well, scientists are telling us that now we have something to be concerned not worried about. Is that we’re finding out that most of the player activity in the Sun has come from sunspot groups in the southern hemisphere of the Sun. And there’s a disparity because
now the solar cycle is out of sync. So what I’m saying simply is that the northern portion of the Sun, if the southern portion has given us it’s all boost and all of its energy. Right now, we still haven’t seen the northern part of the Sun. So wrapping it up, we don’t know exactly when the peak at solar cycles
twenty five will take place. And in the astronomical world, John, they call it Denebashev gap, a fancy word from an astronomer who developed the thing and the concept that both the Sun’s hemispheres are out of sync, they’re not together in harmony. So expect more solar activity just like last week, John, and this week we see probably more x x level
solar flares, powerful energy from the Sun.
Understood. Now, one more thing, how much do you know about Elon Musk’s stalling the satellite he’s putting.
Up, John, I can tell you right now this is it. Eight thousand or more of those Starlink satellites have been put up. Sadly, it doesn’t get reported in the media. Not an attack on Helon. Is that a number of those satellites get put you know, pushed out of orbit.
Maybe no fault of Starlink, maybe because of solar max and other things. Maybe a few rocket errors here and there. So what they’re doing, it’s pretty obvious to everyone. They’re now clustering around the Earth more and more of these refrigerator size or small suv sized, you know, a vehicle maybe smaller than a small compact car. But the good
news there is, let’s see, if we were down in Antarctica, we would have the ability to have the clearest best you know megaspeed on our internet. And it’s helped us obviously in the Ukraine, look at areas where war’s going on.
Sadly to say, but people, let’s pay out in boats or other remote locations. I’m sure it’s a great thing because in the future we’ll probably attach many, many life saving events due to starlink. Don’t that. Jeff Bezos is also developing his Kuiper constellation, so scrowded space will get more crowded, John, And that’s incredible. We’ve got to give
and take. But who knows, there’d be so many satellites in space. Maybe he could reach out and touch some of them with both arms extended. How about that.
You won’t be able to sell a rocket off unless it hits.
Something, Steve Kate’s hope not.
Steve Kate, thank you for enlightening us on a Sunday morning, and we’ll catch up with you. Get a real soup.
John, thank you so much, and good morning to everybody on the catchment.
